Digital Case

We accept digital impressions from most major intraoral scanners. Follow the protocols below to add Country Dental Lab to your scanner. For open STL files please use our convenient drag and drop file uploader.

Itero®

  • Call Itero customer support at (800) 577-8767 and select option 1
  • Request that Country Dental Lab is added to your “Preferred Lab” list and identify our lab using our phone number 205-353-4827
  • After our lab has been added, restart your scanner
  • Once you are connected to our lab, select “ Country Dental Lab” on your scanner when sending files

Sirona CEREC

  • Log into your account on Sirona Connect
  • On left margin under My Partner, select “my favorite contractor”
  • Search for us by typing “Country Dental Lab” or our lab’s zip code (35121)
  • Check the box to the bottom left for “Country Dental Lab” and click “Add” to complete the registration
  • Once you are connected to our lab, select “Country Dental Lab” on your scanner when sending files
  • Medit i500
    • Log into meditlink.com with the administrator account
    • Go to Partners on the left pane
    • Search for Country Dental Lab and click the Request Partnership button. You’ll see that the lab has been added to the My Partner List with the status reflected as Partnership Pending
